We are doing a project work on recycling wastes into stationary. We were thinking of placing talking bins in secondary and junior colleges around Singapore. Deposit-refund System
Hello, I am doing a research project on using a deposit-refund system to promote recycling of PET bottles in Singapore. Basically, consumers have to pay an advanced deposit fee for every PET bottled product they buy, and they will get a refund when they return the bottles for recycling. What's your take on using such an initiative? Do share! :)
